Exceptionally, overtaking may be carried out on the right...
Overtaking
Explanation
In normal situations, overtaking must be done on the **left side** of the vehicle you wish to overtake. However, there are exceptions where overtaking on the **right** is allowed. One of these exceptions occurs when the driver of the vehicle you wish to overtake **clearly indicates** that they are preparing to change direction to the **left**. In this case, it is safe and permitted to overtake on the right, as the other vehicle will move to the left, leaving free space on the right side.
This maneuver is one of the few situations where overtaking on the right is allowed, ensuring that traffic flows safely and efficiently.
