How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or App Store → profile → Subscriptions)

Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

How do I restore my purchase?

If you have an active subscription but the app doesn't recognize it, go to the Paywall screen (Premium screen) and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases made on the App Store are managed by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, please contact Google Play support.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. Go to Settings > Delete Account.

If you cannot access the app, please email us at info@prontotest.net from the email address associated with your account, and we will assist you.

Is the app free?

ProntoTest offers a free version with limited features. To access all content and premium features, we offer subscription plans.
