Explanation
Access to low-emission zones
In cities there are **low-emission zones** where the aim is to reduce **smoke and pollution** as much as possible. To achieve this, only vehicles that **pollute less** are allowed to enter.
The **DGT** classifies vehicles according to how much they pollute and assigns them a **colored environmental label**. Thanks to this label, you know **whether your car can enter** those zones or not.
The **CERO label 🔵** is the one that **pollutes the least**. It is the most advantageous and allows **unrestricted** access to any low-emission zone.
