R-103: No entry for motor vehicles (except two-wheeled motorcycles)
- Prohibitory sign indicating **no entry** for all **motor vehicles**.
- Only exception: **two-wheeled motorcycles without sidecar**.
- Prohibited: passenger cars, vans, lorries, buses, **mopeds**, tricycles and quadricycles.
- Allowed: **bicycles** and other **non-motor** vehicles, as well as two-wheeled motorcycles without sidecar.
